Q: I want to purchase an item. How do I complete my order? A: It's simple! Once you find an item you love, select your options and click "Add to Cart." When you are ready, click the cart icon at the top of the screen to review your items. Proceed to checkout, where you can select either standard payment or PayPal. Fill in your contact email, full name, and shipping address. If you have a coupon code, type it into the Discount bar and hit "Apply" to see your new total. Confirm your shipping and payment details, then click "Complete Order." You will instantly see a confirmation page, and a receipt will be emailed to you. Q: My package just arrived, but it is missing an item or contains the wrong product. What should I do? A: We want to make this right for you. Please contact our team at service@pureisse.com as soon as possible. Please share your order number and attach a clear photo of the items you received (please keep the file size under 1MB). Once we review it, we will mail out the correct items immediately at our expense.

Q: How do I make sure that my order went through successfully? A: Look out for a confirmation email from us right after you finish checking out. It will include your unique order number and purchase breakdown. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.

Q: Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order after payment? A: We can help you modify or cancel your order as long as you email us at service@pureisse.com before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day you placed it. Once that cutoff time passes, your order moves straight to our warehouse for packing, and we won't be able to make changes.
